Feeling HOT? The PokemonGo fever is real and we can see people running around under the hot sun to Catch’em All.
A cup of drink like delicious pearl milk tea would be handy to keep ourselves hydrated and energized, and ShareTea 歇脚亭 has accompanied me for the past few weeks at the various shopping malls with multiple PokeStops (especially Orchard Wisma and Bugis Junction).
Known for its in-house creation of the classic milk tea with a strong tea flavour and rich creamy taste, Sharetea is established in Taiwan since 1992. It is now the go-to shop for black tea and pearl milk drinks, with over 450 stores in 18 countries.
Their drinks are made from quality tea leaves shipped directly from Taiwan. If you are not sure what to order from ShareTea in Singapore, here are the recommended 10 bestsellers. Some of which are EXCLUSIVE here!

Taro White Pearls Milk Tea (Medium $3.70/ Large $5.20)
The Taro White Pearl Milk Tea is the perpetual favourite. It’s Yammy!
Sometimes, drinking a big gulp would make you feel this is similar to the “orh nee” dessert found in Chinese restaurants, except in the liquid form.
You can taste the ‘realness to the drink’, both milky and yammy (or yummy), can also act to fill you up if you are in need of some carbohydrates.

Homemade Pudding Milk Tea (Medium $3.20/ Large $4.50)
Adding pudding to the classic milk tea gives the drink an added dimension.
I am big fan of their custard pudding with a soft, smooth and silky texture which simply slides down my throat with every slurp.
Other than the Homemade Pudding, other toppings such as Pearls, Mini Pearls, White Pearls, Aloe Vera, Konjac Jelly, Lychee De Coco, Grass Jelly, and Coffee Jelly are also available.

Okinawa Milk Tea (Medium $3.30/ Large $4.60)
Famed for their brown sugar in Okinawa, the Okinawa Milk Tea has a deep and rich sugarcane taste. Unlike the version available in the rest of the world, the local R&D team actually added in coffee to this drink for that rich and aromatic taste.
The classic milk tea is made with roasted brown sugar instead of the regular sugar syrup, giving it a luring distinct flavor and an added layer of intricacy.

Winter Melon Milk Tea (Medium $3.20/ Large $4.50)
The Winter Melon Milk Tea combines two favorites in one drink – the classic milk tea with the all-time favorite wintermelon, for a more subtle and refreshing sweetness to it.
Known for countering the summer heat and humidity, this will be the Pokemon Masters’ best friend.

Pearl/ Mini Pearl Milk Tea (Medium $2.90/ Large $4.20)
Pearl has become a necessity to add to a cup of milk tea.
Something chewy (to exercise our jaws) and filling, the mini pearls are my personal preferred choice as I can simply swallow it when the chewing gets tiring.

Ume Plum Fruit Tea (Medium $2.80/ Large $3.90)
Apart from the milk tea series, the fruit tea menu features a range of refreshing and sour flavours.
Being a sour flavoured fruit tea, The Ume Plum Fruit Tea uses green tea as the base to bring out a more intense ume taste.

Aloha Fruit Tea (Medium $3.90/ Large $5)
Aloha! Consisted of 4 fruits – apple, orange, pineapple and passionfruit with a citrusy fruity taste.
Vitamin C checked, Vitamin D (hours of basking under the sun) checked, I am feeling healthier now.

This is the ultimate drink with all the goodness in a single cup.
Can’t decide what toppings to get? Try the all-in-one (5-in-1) in this QQ Happy Family with red bean, nata de cooco, normal pearls, mini pearls and pudding.
We Gotcha Catch’em all (the toppings in our tummies). They call this “Happy Family” for a good reason.

Honey Aloe Vera (Medium $2.90/ Large $4)
For the non-milk tea series, The Honey Aloe Vera, Aloha Fruit Tea, and Ume Plum Fruit Tea make up the top spots in terms of popularity.
Their beverage additions include the “No-Tea” (Non-Caffeinated) series which they designed for young children and pregnant ladies who may want to avoid caffeine.
The ShareTea R&D team is dedicated to conjuring localised concoctions that suit Singaporeans’ palate and lifestyle. With these efforts, bubble tea enthusiasts can definitely look forward to more exclusive and exciting drinks to come.
