Holland Village is still quite happening. Just wonder how Barbarella would react to a Korean bingsu shop called “Ajoomma” right there.
Ajoomma can mean “married woman” or “middle-aged woman” in Korean, sometimes used when calling an unfamiliar ‘madam’.
You are NOT likely to spot an ‘ajoomma’ here, as the servers are the young and energetic type.

Ajoomma may seem at odds alongside the pubs, bars and bistro at Holland Village – which becomes alive at night with ang moh and pub-hoppers.
The benefit is that the shop opens till 3am, in case anyone need an ice cold dessert after beer.
The Korean dessert café serves up bingsu, toast, waffles, smoothies and drinks.

Their selection of Bingsu include Pat Bingsu ($12.90), Choco Banana ($14.90), RockMelon ($18.90), Cheesecake ($14.90), Green Tea ($18.90), and Black Sesame ($18.90). The usual stuff.
The Mango Bingsu ($18.90) was presented in a typical way, boosted fine shaved milk, and was soft and fluffy. However, some of the mango cubes were sour though.

If you are up for something of smaller potion, there is the option of Bingsu in a Jar ($8.90) for the mango and strawberry flavours.
The taste was decent, though could do with more layering, some more nuts for crunch, and a longer spoon to dig to the bottom.
