[Bangkok] While dog and cat cafes are more or less getting more common, it is not all the time you see an alpaca-themed café.

Well, you won’t see an actual alpaca here, but you would find illustrated alpaca almost everywhere around here from the walls, soft toys, to even the cakes, breads and drinks.

The owner of Nahim Café who is also the illustrator, chose the alpaca because she felt that she resembled the animal. Hmm.

The adorable and girly Nahim Café offers an explosion of pastel colors and cutesy décor to enjoy on a family’s day out.

It is located at Soi Nana, a short walking distance from Chinatown.

This café is truly cute in every sense of the word. From the décor and furnishing to the tasteful and creative menu.

It is perfect for a girly meet up or to take your kids to because there are sections of play areas.

There are stuffed toys and lovable smiling alpacas plastered on the walls, colorful wall art and benches with fluffy cushions and tasteful ornamentation that’s excellent for clicking some memorable pictures.

If you intend to take some of items back, there is also a small handicraft and toys section with items for purchase.

Their handcrafted Cold Brew Tea (95 baht, SGD4.15) is the popular thing to get here, in fun flavours such as Pa Pa Pa Pipo (white tea, mango, pineapple), Earl Grey Greentea, Strawberry Rose.

While I found the illustration on the bottle to be absolutely cute and tea refreshing, the quantity could be little due to the slim bottle. And you may still feel thirsty after that.

Also popular is the Hot Chocolate Pot (120 baht, SGD5.25) for DIY chocolate in which chocolate buttons in dark, milk or white are presented with a cup of milk.

Customers are supposed to melt them in a ceramic burner, then pour the milk in.

As for the food, the Alpaca Buns (35 baht, SGD1.50) and Polka Dot Milkshakes (140 baht, SGD6.10) make you smile, and their serving utensils are also super cute.
