If you want to brighten up your humdrum days, try the revitalised English afternoon tea set at the Atrium and Pacific Marketplace, Pan Pacific Singapore.

Check out their new high tea stand, modelled after the Atrium’s iconic floating pods. This is available daily from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.

Bask in the relaxing ambiance as you sip your tea and bite into exquisite sweet and savoury delicacies. Feast your eyes at the sight of these delectable treats, carefully curated to give you an unforgettable English tea experience.

As for your taste buds, they will encounter a medley of flavours from Red Pepper Quiche with Whipped Cream Cheese, Wagyu Beef Teriyaki and Shishito Peppers, Strawberry Pistachio Roulade, Dark Chocolate Pear Caramel, and Coffee Walnut Praline.

Choose from their line-up of 8 kinds of TWG teas or Lavazza coffee, or try their specially created Cold Brew Infusions. Each guest is entitled to two beverages. Here’s more:

Wagyu Beef Teriyaki and Shishito Peppers on Pani Puri Shell
Japan meets India in this savoury piece, featuring decadent Wagyu beef with roasted Shishito peppers adding a kick of flavour.

The sweetish teriyaki glaze gives it a nice contrast to the wonderfully crisp and seasoned Pani Puri aka “water in fried bread” that encases the filling.

Seaweed Crackers, Loch Fyne Smoked Salmon, Caviar, Basil and Olive Oil
Made with yaki sushi nori (roasted seaweed) and spring roll pastry, these crisp seaweed crackers are combined with prime caviar and hand-filleted smoked Loch Fyne salmon, cured in sea salt and organic sugar.

Finished off with a swish of olive oil and basil for freshness.

Wholemeal Finger Sandwiches with Jamón Ibérico Ham
Meat lovers won’t be able to resist to pick up this hors d’oeuvre made with thinly slices of dry-cured Jamon Iberico, a gourmet specialty made from exclusive, black-hoofed pigs.

Red Pepper Quiche with Whipped Cream Cheese
The charred taste of roasted red peppers in this savoury tart is mellowed with whipped cream cheese.

Enjoy the interplay of textures among the custard-like filling, the pastry dough shell, and the smooth and velvety cream cheese.

Baked Sea Perch with Madras Spice

Moving on to the sweet side, the bright red “Cherry” is the highlight. It is not an actual cherry, but shaped like one and made with cherry confit and mousse.

This light pastry dough with butter, flour and eggs is shaped into rolls and filled with a sweet and creamy mango-based filling, livened up with a bit of sour notes.

Strawberry Pistachio Roulade
A soft, light and fluffy cake roll filled in between with sweet, juicy strawberries interspersed with crunchy pistachios in a bed of velvety cream.

Muscat Cheesecake
Joining the band of fruits in the sweet section is the small-berried Muscat grape known for its heady smell.

You’ll love how this creamy cheesecake will delight you with its smooth mouthfeel, with occasional hints of fruity grape.

Yoghurt Blueberry MacaronThis lovely hued macaron is tinted lavender from the blueberries, a visual treat that will also give you that light crunch.

Cold Brew Earl Grey infused with Orange, Cinnamon and Ginger

Chill the afternoon away with this cold brew featuring the classic Earl Grey, combined with zesty flavours of orange and ginger, and the comforting aroma of cinnamon.

Cold Brew Infusions – Spiced Nitro Cold Brew Coffee
Need a quick energy boost? Go for the Spiced Nitro Cold Brew Coffee, a special type of coffee that is steeped, not heated, and infused with odourless and flavourless nitrogen gas.

The process gives the coffee a rich and frothy layer, and mild sweetness without addition of sugar.

Alternatively, you can opt for a freshly-brewed cup of TWG tea or Lavazza coffee.
