Bubble Tea and food collaborations are what Singaporeans would continue to expect, as BBT businesses found a way to ‘survive’ after the “Circuit Breaker” measures.
Due to the extended “Circuit Breaker”, all standalone BBT outlets that sell only beverages are required to close their outlets.
So BBT shops in Singapore started forming partnerships (some not quite expected), from KOI with Grain, CHICHA San Chen 吃茶三千 with Yu Kee Duck Rice and Milksha with Yum Cha.

Jiak by Jin Feng 金峰 has also worked with PlayMade by 丸作. At least both are selling Taiwanese food, so at least there is some synergy.
The menu and delivery is available on https://jiakbyjinfeng.oddle.me.
Min order $10, delivery fee is dependable on area of delivery. Delivery is available islandwide daily from 10am to 9.30pm, but do note that the Playmade Bubble Tea is only offered on this website, not for walk-ins.

The price is not exactly inexpensive, with a “Best of Taiwan Bundle” of a Lu Rou Fan, Chicken Chop and Bubble Tea (with no toppings) priced at $16.40 (without delivery fee included).

I also noted that the Playmade items on the menu did not really include the best-selling Milk Teas, but Black Tea ($2.50 onwards), Jasmine Green Tea ($2.50), Chrysanthemum Tea ($2.50), Passionfruit Pulp Green Tea ($4.40), Honey Black Tea ($3.40), and Honey Lemon ($3.70).
So add in your own milk if you really want? Pearls cost an additional $1.60 and are packed separately.

Jiak by Jin Feng 金峰 located at Ang Mo Kio Hub is related to the famous Jin Feng Braised Pork Rice 金峰魯肉飯 in Taipei. (Jin Feng is probably one of the most well-known eateries in Taipei known to serve up Lu Rou Fan.)

The Lu Rou Fan contains over ten different ingredients and is braised for hours for that melt-in-mouth goodness.
All the sauces and spices are imported from Taiwan to ensure the same authentic taste, and the lean meat is prepared by-hand in store every day.
