Hong Kong Michelin Guide 2019 – 7 Three-Star Restaurants, Including Caprice, Bo Innovation, Lung King Heen

[Hong Kong] While the Hong Kong Michelin Guide results have almost been more or less predictable in the recent years, there is one new additional 3-starred restaurant, with Caprice at Four Seasons Hotel making its way back to the top.

Jade Dragon 譽瓏軒 from City of Dreams, Macau was also awarded the coveted 3 stars.

There are 7 Three-star Michelin restaurants in Hong Kong for the 2019 Michelin Guide Hong Kong.
The other 6 are 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, Bo Innovation, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Lung King Heen, Sushi Shikon, and Tang Court.

Ecriture which serves up Japanese-inspired French cuisine, and Sushi Saito both debut with a spectacular 2-star rating; while Ying Jee Club moves up from 1 star the previous year.


2-star Michelin restaurant Ta Vie has Japanese influences, and is located at Hong Kong Central.
