Little Farms has gained a little reputation since opening in 2016, known to offer fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, and groceries, source directly from suppliers in Australia and Europe.
It has recently expanded with a café and brunch concept at Valley Point, replacing where Greenwood Fish Market used to occupy.

The price point of the items seems higher than the typical café, but there is because menu items are made with the same foods and produce that they bring to their shelves.

The brand has typically been associated with fresh, wholesome and nutritious foods.
Ingredients are sourced directly from their suppliers over Australia and Europe, supposedly arriving within 2 days from the market floors to the shelves of their store.

Their breakfast and brunch items is available from 7:30am (considered quite early in Singapore’s context) to 3pm, offering Gluten-Free Crumpets, Bacon & Egg Roll ($14), Eggs Benedict ($22), Buttermilk Pancakes ($18), to Buttermilk Pancakes ($18).

It is on the pricier end, and I took a double take as I saw that the Big Breakfast and Vegetarian Big Breakfast were priced at $28 and $26 respectively.
The last I dined, the Big Breakfast had a price tag of $20, though there were items such as cage-free eggs, Australian bacon, beef or spicy pork sausage, baked beans, grilled mushrooms, vine ripe tomatoes on sourdough toast.

I had the Smashed Avocado on Toast ($17), feeling a slight pinch, though I must say that the mashed avocado was more creamy and luxurious than most of the average avo-toasts around.
At least they were generous with the amount of avocado given, and it was the quality type.
Also included were poached eggs, Meredith dairy feta, dukkah on the sourdough toast.

Other than that, diners can select from a variety of salads, sandwiches, wraps and cakes made fresh daily on display at the counter.

Mains start selling at 12pm (till 7:30pm), with Australian Wagyu Beef Burger ($24), Classic Reuben ($26), Rotisserie Cajun Chicken ($26), Australian Morrel Creek Lamb Shank ($26), and Vegetable Stack ($24).

I went for a ‘safe’ choice – the Fish & Chips ($24) with beer battered Australian barramundi fillet, handcut fried and housemade tartar sauce.
This is perhaps what you call simple things done well.
Wonderfully moist and fresh dish in ‘sinfully’ crispy beer batter, and I swear I swept that rich-creamy tartar clean with the fries.

Allpress Espresso coffee is served here, roasted using hot air roasting technique for the character of the beans to shine through.
This method elevates natural sweetness to achieve a smooth taste, and reduces the burnt taste that traditional roasting may cause.

This café would be popular with the expat community and for a good reason – wholesome food, a more comfortable and spacious area compared to the previous space, and well, free wifi.
