Quite a number of us are now on Work From Home (WFN) as part of Business Continuity Plan (BCP), or are being socially responsible by choosing to reduce social outings and to #StayHome.
However, if you still want to give yourself a treat, or having some family bonding time through food-delivery meals… why not?
Singapore’s F&B industry has taken a hard hitting, and businesses and staff are striving to survive and overcome the crisis.
We can also give some of our favourite restaurants and their staff members a support by continuing to patronise them through food deliveries and takeaways.
As just as an additional note: if we have that extra to spare, a little tip would send some smiles to the hardworking delivery riders who braved the traffic and weather to bring the food to you.
Here are 12 restaurants where mains are available for deliveries, affordably priced below $10 (separate delivery platforms have their own delivery charges and promotions. Do check them out.)

Kota88 serves up authentic and homely Chinese-Indonesian cuisine hailing from Glodok, Jakarta’s Chinatown – cultured from Indonesian local-inspired cooking style together with the use of Indonesian spices and herbs Perfect comfort food for all.
After looking through its menu, the concept seemed to centre around Chinese cuisine with local Indonesian influences. Think zhi-char dishes but incorporating some Indonesian sauces (such as kecap manis), spices and other elements.
Sometimes you would just crave for something comforting, like a hot-piping bowl of congee.
The restaurant serves up Bubur Ayam, which is Indonesian for “chicken congee”, a silky rice porridge dish with shredded chicken meat.
Smooth and substantial, this ended up to be one of my favourites. Plus point: it didn’t taste too salty.
